Theo has worked with Family Drug Support since 2003.  He started as a phone volunteer and progressed to project work with Tony Trimingham and was also a board member from 2003-2005.  From 2005 to present, Theo is the Manager of FDS’ flagship support program Stepping Stones.  As well as managing and delivering the course, he also provides training and supervision for Stepping Stones leaders. 

Workwise, Theo is passionate about group work.  He is committed to and focused on providing support to families.

Outside of work, Theo enjoys the outdoors and keeping active and fit.  He loves tennis, socialising and playing poker.  Theo is also an active house husband with a flair for cooking.  He travels extensively and particularly enjoys regular motorcycle tours with his lifelong mates through remote places like India, Himalayas and more.
