Angela comes to FDS with a background in arts and entertainment publicity. She first connected with FDS as a mother reaching out for support to cope with the trauma of drug and alcohol use in her family. A regular at the Leabrook Support Group meetings, she volunteered on the phone line for four years. Since losing her 28-year-old son Paris in 2017, Angela feels strongly drawn back into the FDS fold, embracing with passion and commitment to her new role with the team. She is looking forward to raising FDS awareness in SA with her two fabulous co-workers: Kendall and Sally.

Favourite distractions: her Schnauzer Rufus, theatre, film, French, style and design, maintaining friendships and a good book.
