This could be due to a reluctance from some callers to identify their community, and a reluctance from some demographics to discuss issues like substance use outside the family and their community. This category is assessed by volunteers and staff. The volunteers and staff are asked to be honest in their assessment of the call - Based on the response by the caller, do you feel the caller was; Very Satisfied, Satisfied, or Dissatisfied?
