42 The 31-45 minute call length is where the majority of calls sit. Both the 21-30 and 46-60 minute calls account for 22% and 13 percent respectively. This 31-45 minute call length has been the standard call length consistently over the years. Over 59% of calls received are during the 9am-2pm shift time. The 2pm-6pm shift takes 29% of the calls, and the remaining 12% arrive during the evening and over-night shifts.
